Each bar we build is bespoke and we work closely with you to design the best bar for you.

This happens in three stages:

• Establish your specifications and budget

• Agree layout, design and cost with rough sketches

• Full detailed CAD specification including site visit if required

Design fee of £200 is due before detailed CAD designs are produced. This is included in the total price of your bar, and reflects the time and skill of our CAD engineers, CAD drawings are optional on simple bars.

Once design is finalised we can get the build started. 50% of the total cost of your bar is due at this stage. Once received we will order materials and get the build underway.

During our build stage we:

• source the best material for your bar from trusted suppliers

• build everything in house in our Hampshire workshop

• collaborate with local craftsmen for any specialist skills for example bespoke metal work

The build stage takes from 1 week upwards averaging around 4 weeks, but is bespoke to your bar.

Once the build is complete we can install the bar. As we build offsite we minimise the time onsite disrupting your space, often completing the install in just one day.

Our team handles installation, plumbing and electrics, engaging properly certified electricians and tradesman where required.

20% of your bars cost is due before installation and the final balance after your bar is installed.
